Frequently asked questions
What tools do you use?
n8n for orchestration, Claude/OpenAI APIs for the AI part, and whatever you already use: Gmail/Outlook, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, your CRM. If a tool costs money, you see it in the plan before deciding.
How long does it take?
The diagnosis, one week. A typical implementation, 2 to 4 weeks depending on scope. You get concrete dates in the plan.
What if the automation breaks?
Every implementation has a 30-day guarantee. With a retainer, monitoring and fixes are always included. Without one, you keep the documentation and can hire me for a one-off fix.
Do I need to know tech?
No. We talk about your operation in your language: orders, invoices, customers. The technical side is my job, and you get video plus documentation so your team can use it without me.
Why you and not an agency?
Because you work directly with the senior engineer who builds, no intermediaries. And because my offer is deliberately narrow: AI automation, not "we do everything".
Do you invoice in Colombia? And abroad?
Yes: cuenta de cobro or invoice in Colombia, and USD invoices abroad. Prices are in USD; the COP equivalent is set at the exchange rate on the day of the agreement.
